In this video, students of the Bocconi community share their perspectives and experiences, reflecting on key values that shape campus life. A Bocconi and Pro-Ben (MUR) initiative, the video highlights diverse voices and fosters a more inclusive and supportive environment.

A recap of the highlights from the on-campus inclusion events and initiatives dedicated to strengthening inclusion as a foundation for equity, knowledge and collective progress within our community. Through insightful seminars, engagement activities and more, the program explored a wide range of diversity, equity and inclusion topics.

Our identity and community are made up of students, professors, alumni, and staff. We want to tell our story through their voices and faces. Being Bocconians means sharing values of inclusion, diversity, and belonging. It means contributing every day to building something meaningful together.

Today, as we celebrate International Women’s Day, we recognize the power of education in shaping a more just and equal world. Education is not just knowledge—it is independence, opportunity, and the key to breaking barriers. It empowers women to lead, innovate, and drive change in every field. So, what does it mean female empowerment? What does it mean success in today world? And what is a role model? Those are just some of the questions we ask to our changed by women that were present at last night event. They gave us their points of view but there are many right answers.

The Anti-Discrimination Service Desk, with Nicoletta Parvis, Attorney, serves as a point of reference for students, faculty and staff who feel they have been victims of discrimination, harassment or misconduct within the academic community – striving to foster a respectful and inclusive environment.
